I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location in a rather quiet neighborhood. It provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service from the maids to the receptionists. They were always courteous and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met.

Soundproofing between rooms. there's little room, quiet, when there's a neighbor, you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in the hallway!

The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful retreat. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly reception staff who went out of their way to assist us, to the attentive restaurant and bar staff who made sure we had everything we needed. They even warmed our daughter's breakfast for us without any hesitation.

The hotel has a lovely outside swimming pool which you will enjoy. The price is very good for young couple to spend holidays. It is very near the conference centre of Montecatini. Really like its Breakfast, large quantitiy and delicious.

However, I hope the hotel could provide kettles to every room.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the pool and the lobby area. The location was perfect, close to the center but still quiet. It was a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Tuscany.

The only downside was that our room overlooked the kitchen, so it could be a bit noisy at times. Also, there was nowhere to hang our swim gear to dry.

Excellent hotel. So much so that after spending out 2016 holiday elsewhere.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and a stunning park. The staff treated us like royalty, from the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly greetings every time we returned. Roberto, the barman, went above and beyond, making our stay extra special by taking the time to engage with our 3-year-old son and even treating him to cake. The service was truly exemplary.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options for breakfast.

The staff at Francia E Quirinale went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The waiters, bartenders, and porters were all attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. The hotel has a charming Tuscan vibe and the location is perfect for exploring Montecatini. I highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located with walk to downtown area and near the spa area as well. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and cocktail lounge. Easy parking during our Oct 2011 visit. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel's beautiful interior and friendly staff made a great first impression. The rooms were impeccably clean, with crisp white sheets and towels. The staff provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and even gave us train timetables. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh pancakes and the best coffee. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the park, spa, and train station. I felt safe, well taken care of, and would highly recommend this hotel.
